  • Post-operative follow-ups
  • Customer care responses
  • Promotional offers, events, and educational content (marketing texts only sent with separate opt-in)

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, US Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major and minor carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4.6 No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our messaging program (such as our SMS service provider) is permitted only to deliver the messages you have requested. All other categories — text messaging originator opt-in data, consent records, phone numbers collected for SMS — exclude sharing with third parties and affiliates.

5. Email Communications

If you provide your email address, you may receive transactional and marketing emails from ALCOK. Every marketing email includes an “unsubscribe” link in the footer. You may also email us at contactus@advancedokc.com to be removed from email marketing lists.
